About The Position

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Digital Ad Sales team at RVOH Media. In this vital role, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of digital ad campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and driving successful outcomes. Your collaborative mindset will foster strong partnerships with Sales, clients, and internal teams, helping to deliver flawless campaigns that consistently exceed expectations. Where You'll Be To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital publishing sales support or a digital agency in planning or buying (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and client services skills
  • Positive attitude when responding to frequent deadlines for multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach
  • Lead with a sense of urgency
  • Strong fluency in digital media pricing models (CPM, CPUV, CPC, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, DCM, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, CRM Tool
  • Familiarity with Crossix, IQVIA, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • pharmaceutical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operate as a thought partner across the organization with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Media Operations, and AdOps to develop and deliver innovative programs for digital advertisers.
  • Pre-Launch Support: Assist sales and client on operational subjects to ensure smooth set up of IO and campaign; providing launch guide, creative specs, IO terms, guidance, etc.
  • Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate with AdOps, Performance, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, delivering on time, mitigating revenue risk and meeting or exceeding KPIs. Align on client monthly billing requirements.
  • Client Relations: Handle time-sensitive inquiries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Engage with clients at meetings and events to strengthen relationships and support renewals and retention.
  • Strategic Development: Help internal teams with strategy, identifying incremental offerings, coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and campaign success.
  • Expertise and Internal Leadership: Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across key areas of Client Success, not only providing insights to the immediate team but also becoming a valued resource for cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and AdOps. Proactively share knowledge, best practices, and trends to elevate team performance and drive innovation.
