About The Position

The Client Services Manager will oversee all on-site print and reprographic workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for daily client communication, manages staff scheduling and performance, and drives continuous improvement throughout the operation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, operations, or print/reprographic environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10-20 employees.
  • Must have 3+ years of reprographics/print center leadership experience, along with experience managing general office services teams.
  • Strong understanding of copy/print production workflows and related equipment.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, particularly with Excel reporting, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and commitment to service excellence.
  • Local travel may be required (up to 20%).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor or equivalent highly preferred, additional education a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site reprographics, copy, and print operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality output (Print machines like DocuSign and Canon)
  • Manage and mentor a team of service professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders through proactive, solution-focused communication.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, production logs, and performance summaries.
  • Standardize processes, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee resource management, including equipment, supplies, and workflow coordination.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and handle escalations to ensure seamless service.
  • Support special projects and new initiatives as assigned.
  • Responsible for P&L, KPI, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint presentation for multiple locations.
