Choose Chicago is the official sales and marketing organization responsible for promoting Chicago as a global visitor destination to business and leisure travelers. POSITION SUMMARY The Client Services Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to meeting, tradeshow, and convention clients hosting events in Chicago. Working in close partnership with the Sales team and acting as the primary liaison between event management, Choose Chicago partners, and city departments, the CSM ensures seamless and memorable experiences for clients. The Client Services Manager serves as an extension of event management, providing destination marketing resources, attendance building assistance, city recognition, site visits, welcome services and vendor referrals.
