This position has direct customer contact with client, analyzing business performances and managing on site employees- serving the client. The goal is to ensure that we offer outstanding service while building and sustaining long-term relationships that result in high customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of an associate degree
Minimum 3 Years of Account Management Experience in similar industry
Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, present complex business reviews to clients
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service mindset
Proven long-term relationship building experience
Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making

Responsibilities

Supports the preparation of business reviews
Makes recommendations to identify program enhancements and provide customer value
Assists in operational set-up of new business locations
Expedites day to day service problems
Builds and sustains relationships with clients
Manages onsite service staff ensuring excellence in pantry operations
Provide HR Functions such hiring, disciplining, and coaching
Performs other duties as assigned
