About The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new role primarily within our IRH team and is required within our IRH team to support and manage the day-to-day relationship with THG (Zavvi) and other B2B and D2C clients as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and it is an opportunity for a candidate with the right skills, knowledge, and attitude to make the role a success.

Responsibilities

  • To maintain positive and progressive client relations as the basis for maximising client satisfaction, loyalty, and so future business to Technicolor
  • To oversee and/or manage the distribution process, from a Client Services perspective, from receipt or development of a client forecast, customer orders and returns through to client invoice.
  • To ensure the client supplies demand forecasts and release schedules and, if required, draw up critical path documents to allow the distribution centre to plan workload.
  • To ensure orders and stock received in a timely manner in order that release dates and in store dates can be met comfortably.
  • To co-ordinate and special packaging or delivery requirements as specified by the client and ensure that, where appropriate re-charges are made to cover the cost of the work
  • To provide a continuous flow of information to other Technicolor departments to ensure client requirements are met and processes run smoothly across the different distribution functions.
  • To provide support to your line manager and other team members in all aspects of your and their roles.
