The basic function of the Client Services Coordinator is to support Certrec customers and internal staff by responding to inquiries, managing access-related requests, assisting with document and workflow tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer support activities. The Client Services Coordinator reports to the Customer Support & Data Services Manager and works closely with team members to deliver high-quality service and operational support. It is expected that the Client Services Coordinator will support in the following areas: Providing timely support through phone, chat, and email interactions Processing access requests and account-related updates Supporting internal workflows and document preparation needs Assisting with reporting, data entry, and content updates as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner.
