Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative or marketing support experience.
Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to handle shifting priorities and perform in a high-demand environment.
Positive attitude, strong professionalism, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

Commercial real estate license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative, transaction, and project support with exceptional accuracy and speed.
Assist with drafting LOIs, contracts, and other deal documents (expected 2-hour turnaround ).
Support due diligence, coordinate documentation, and manage deal entry processes.
Develop marketing collateral, manage listings, and execute campaigns ( marketing packages completed within 4 days ).
Coordinate market reports, activity updates, surveys, and competitive research.
Prepare client-focused presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
Respond promptly and professionally—this role requires flexibility and reliability.
Assist with RSVPs and listing-related reporting.
