About The Position

As a Client Services Associate, you are the engine that keeps our workplace humming, acting as a hospitality professional, a logistics wizard, and the face of our professional standards. Your primary goal is to ensure every employee and guest experiences 5-star service from the moment they enter our space. This role involves managing high-stakes logistics and ensuring that technology and pantry areas are always prepared, transforming routine office tasks into a seamless, premium experience.

Requirements

  • Customer-Obsessed: Believe that no task is too small and every interaction is an opportunity to provide 5-star service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and able to quickly learn new package-tracking and shipping software.
  • Organized & Agile: Capable of pivoting from sorting mail to setting up a high-profile boardroom meeting efficiently.
  • A Natural Professional: Maintain a polished appearance and a calm, helpful demeanor, even during busy periods.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of prior work experience.
  • Physicality: Comfortable standing/walking for much of the day and able to lift or move up to 40 lbs (or use a cart for up to 60 lbs).
  • Communication: Possess sharp verbal and written skills for coordinating with vendors and employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, Retail, or Office Services experience is a major plus!

Responsibilities

  • Master the lifecycle of mail and packages, including secure intake using chain-of-custody software and high-priority outbound shipping, ensuring nothing is lost.
  • Maintain the "show-ready" status of the Business Service Center, kitchens, and conference rooms, ensuring fresh coffee and perfectly staged meeting areas.
  • Keep the fleet of multi-function devices (MFDs) and copy/print equipment running flawlessly, acting as the first responder for any machine issues.
  • Serve as a backup for reception and concierge services, greeting guests with warmth and professional composure.
  • Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management, proactively identifying ways to improve workflow during downtime.
