BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Hauppauge, New York Office. Requirements
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service
- Focus on the new hire training and onboarding process for new RN's and LPN's
- Support with daily payroll review
- Run the background check process according to NY state regulations
- Build strong relationships with regional recruiting partners
- Build employee files and maintain compliance
- Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Manage your caseload while proactively growing it
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
