How you'll make an impact: We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Client Service Specialist to join our team, supporting a fast-paced folded carton packaging operation. This cross-functional role bridges customer service, production planning, and project coordination, ensuring the smooth execution of orders from purchase through production. You’ll work closely with sales, prepress, quality, and production teams, managing customer orders, initiating job tickets, and coordinating timelines to keep projects moving efficiently.
