Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional, solutions-oriented service to advisory teams and clients, acting as the primary contact for operational and service requests, and overseeing their timely execution. The specialist will partner with custodians and internal Focus Partners teams to ensure an accurate and streamlined service and operations experience. Key aspects include excellent client communication, an ownership mindset, managing multiple timelines and diverse requests, and utilizing Salesforce or a similar CRM system for case management. The role requires close teamwork and daily collaboration within a dynamic department. Duties may fluctuate with seasonal volumes, market volatility, and team coverage, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Occasional overtime may be required. Success in this role demands attention to detail, initiative, proactive problem-solving, and consistent follow-through. Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, defined as 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week, or as assigned by their team leader.
