You’ll work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, manage relationships, and help them navigate challenges. This role is perfect for someone who loves building connections, solving problems, and making a real impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Producer's License.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
- Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Works in a self-directed manner.
- A knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- The ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying informed about industry changes.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
- Experience in managing client accounts and handling challenging conversations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to person for your clients.
- Lead meetings, both virtually and in person, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handle complex situations like claims, renewals, and coverage changes with care and professionalism.
- Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions about their insurance and risk management plans.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure every client gets the best possible service.
- Build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Analyze data to create meaningful reports and service plans.
- Mentor and guide team members to grow their skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and carrier offerings to provide the best advice.
