About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Associate in Client Service to join one of our largest advisor teams. This individual will manage workflow across multiple associates and advisors, coordinate complex client engagements, and ensure the seamless execution of both day-to-day and strategic service initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills, strong financial acumen, and a proactive approach to project management. They demonstrate sound judgment, take ownership to drive initiatives to completion, and embody professionalism and positivity in every client and team interaction. This is a full-time, in-office role, five days per week at our Seattle headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Series 65 (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
  • Minimum 5 years of client service experience within the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Proven team management capabilities with experience overseeing complex workflows.
  • Possess knowledge of investment management and basic financial planning principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present information with clarity and professionalism.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Tamarac, Schwab Advisor Center, or comparable systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize workflow of team members, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent execution of client service deliverables.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to associates; model best practices in client service and operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing proactive service and operational support in coordination with advisors.
  • Lead complex client projects and special initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and communication remains clear and timely.
  • Anticipate client and advisor needs, providing solutions that enhance the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Act as a liaison to clients’ external partners, including attorneys, accountants, and bankers, to coordinate financial, estate, and investment matters.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all communications.
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of account onboarding, maintenance, money movements, documentation, and reporting.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with firm leadership to improve processes and elevate service delivery standards.
