Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Guide clients and pets to exam rooms
  • Follow up with clients and reach out to new or prospective clients
  • Explain treatment plans, invoices, and payment options clearly
  • Help clients with prescriptions and enrolling in our online pharmacy services
  • Answer general pet care questions (non-medical topics like flea prevention, house training, etc.)
  • Keep medical records organized and up to date
  • Help keep the hospital clean, safe, and welcoming (inside and outside)
