About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team at VCA Centennial Valley Animal Hospital . Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling, confirming, and future-booking appointments
- Calling clients for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
- Presenting and processing payments and explaining service fees
- Recommending products, services, and wellness plans
- Signing up clients for the MyVCA app and online pharmacy
- Educating clients on general pet care topics (heartworm prevention, flea/tick control, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the hospital is clean and welcoming
- Providing care for hospital pets as needed
