The Client Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and maintaining an open line of communication between the laboratory and physician offices. The incumbent will follow through on customer inquiries and requests and assume responsibilities for completing individual work assignments. This position is part-time. Employees are required to work Monday - Friday from 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm and every other Saturday from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and/or weekends. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
