About The Position

Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is currently seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our Primary Care team for both full-time and part-time roles. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets while supporting a fast-paced veterinary environment. As a key member of the front desk team, you will deliver professional, personalized service in person, over the phone, and via email while collaborating closely with doctors, technicians, and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of client service experience required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with EzyVet and/or Vet Radar is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Manage client check-ins and check-outs, including appointment coordination and scheduling
  • Answer multi-line phone calls and respond to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist clients with hospital admissions, financial discussions, deposits, and expectations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
  • Communicate client needs, concerns, and questions to doctors and support staff
  • Process medical records requests, pet insurance documentation, faxes, and scanned files
  • Support front desk organization, cleanliness, and overall hospital appearance
  • Participate in department training, meetings, and continuing education opportunities
  • Assist Primary Care management as directed
  • Collaborate with team members to provide a positive, efficient client experience
