As a Client Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly face and trusted voice that keeps our Service Center running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in connecting clients, sales, and service teams — ensuring every client gets top-notch care.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of age, high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
  • Basic office and computer skills.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, crouch, and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating service requests and scheduling appointments.
  • Supporting service and sales teams with paperwork, schedules, and client communications.
  • Helping clients understand and choose residential services that fit their needs.
  • Following up with clients and assisting with account collections.
  • Keeping everything organized so the whole team can succeed.
