About The Position

Client Service Representatives are TCAP’s first contact with customers. Be a part of making a positive difference in the community. Full time and part time available. Hours required are 7:45-4:15, even for part time. They serve customers via telephone by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining TCAP's extensive client database. These positions are based at our main office in Denton, TX.   • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service and/or office experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
  • Must have computer and data entry skills.
  • Must have strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Answers phone and assists callers with questions regarding TCAP, services offered and other issues.
  • Returns messages left on the voicemail.
  • Schedules appointments for all clinics.
  • Updates client database.
  • Actively Promotes spay and neuter and educates clients on responsible pet ownership.
  • Represents TCAP in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
