Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer support for the Arbitration Hub.
  • Provide immediate availability and professional customer service.
  • Document interactions and issues within company systems.
  • Make decisions to eliminate impedance for customers to buy cars.
  • Partner with all parties informed of the status of open issues.
  • Work closely with escalation partners to identify, document, and monitor exceptions to standard processes.
  • Create a list of best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, including problem solving and consulting with dealers.
  • Educate dealers about Manheim and ancillary partners.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve issues, determining necessary communication with central functions such as IT, Product, or Manheim Partners.
  • Work across departments to train on resolving different client issues.
  • Provide responsive, timely telephone, chat, and email support.
  • Act as the single point-of-contact for issues from identification through resolution as often as possible.
  • Oversee and monitor the resolution to all problems, regardless of delegation to other departments.
