About The Position

The Client Service Representative provides excellent customer service to facilitate a positive and efficient experience for individuals accessing and participating in services, as well as for employees providing those services. Requirements

  • Provide high-quality customer service and utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues effectively
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum of one year of experience using Excel, including data tracking, data analysis, and basic reporting
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret trends, generate reports, and support data-informed decision-making
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and interpreting key performance metrics
  • Ability to provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Proven ability to work efficiently across multiple programs and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a professional office environment
