Seeking a Client Service Representative! Location: 171 Bridge Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719 Are you an animal lover? Do you enjoy helping others? Is fast-paced the only pace you know? We are seeking a friendly, energetic, up-beat addition to the VCA Capeway Animal Hospital's Client Service Representative team! The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as the face of the hospital. The CSR is responsible for greeting clients, offering refreshments, checking patients in, answering a multi-line phone system in a professional manner, scheduling appointments, preparing medications, and serving as a liaison between clients and doctors. Other duties including confirming appointments, relaying basic lab results, responding to text messages and emails, and handing out treats and showing compassion to our furry patients. This position is full-time, 35-40 hours/week with a 4 day work week including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You would work every other Saturday, but you will receive an additional weekday off when scheduled on the weekend. This is a closing shift. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays you can expect to be off around 7:30 PM, Fridays around 6:00 PM, and Saturdays around 4:00 PM. Now a little bit about us!
