Requirements

  • Passion for supporting nonprofit organizations and fundraising efforts; prior experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for donors and internal teams, handling fundraising inquiries professionally.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including timely acknowledgment and appreciation of donors.
  • Collaborate with management and the communications team to create and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications.
  • Support fundraising events and promotional activities, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance.
  • Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accurate data entry and internal team support.
  • Assist the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date on fundraising trends and best practices.
  • Bring new ideas to enhance donor engagement and improve fundraising strategies.
