At Gaines Shoal Animal Clinic, the Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing an exceptional experience to clients during every interaction. This role, reporting to the Practice Manager, involves performing various administrative tasks such as record maintenance, appointment tracking, and managing the practice's reception area for both visitors and telephone calls. Key duties include maintaining veterinary medical records, managing accounts, processing cash payments, data entry, word processing, and mail services. The CSR is expected to apply practical knowledge of practice processes, services, and regulations to ensure that every patient receives excellent care and every client has a positive experience.
