This Client Service Representative role is part of a growing team that values compassion, collaboration, and community. Client service representatives support the practice's efforts in providing the highest quality primary veterinary care to patients. As the front line of communication between clients and providers, CSRs help to promote the practice by maintaining a client-oriented and professional work environment. Responsibilities include using computer and veterinary management software, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient check-in and check-out. They also serve as liaisons between patients and medical staff.
