About The Position

Cumberland Animal Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Client Service Representative to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. About Us: Cumberland Animal Clinic is a spacious and welcoming clinic located in Cumberland, Maine. We are a two-doctor practice with a wonderful team of LVTs and Veterinary Assistants, focused on building lasting relationships with our clients and patients. Our team culture emphasizes communication, continuing education, and fun! Our services include a fully stocked in-house veterinary pharmacy, online pharmacy, extensive in-house laboratory diagnostics, house call capabilities, ultrasound, dental radiographs, therapeutic laser therapy, and emergency care. Our beautiful facility is 7000 sq ft with a backdrop of green hills and picturesque farms. Plenty of windows make our working spaces bright and highlight the lovely views. Our building was also designed with the environment in mind; it features green insulation, environmentally friendly heating and cooling, energy efficient lighting and a solar farm onsite that provides the bulk of the hospital’s power! Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
