Requirements

Experience in project management or customer service required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high‑profile clients.
Manage numerous projects from start to finish in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Collaborate with clients, account executives, and production teams to identify effective production solutions for challenging requests.
Coordinate with national service locations, subcontractors, vendors, and installers to ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet timeline expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
