Florida Veterinary Rehabilitation (FVR), located near historic downtown Deland, is not just a veterinary clinic; it’s a trusted partner in providing veterinary physical rehabilitation, pain management, and sports medicine for the dogs and cats of Central Florida. FVR is built on a foundation of respect, dignity, and honor, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for pets and their owners. The team of experienced rehabilitation-certified veterinarians adopts an integrative approach, combining Western and Eastern medicine to create tailored treatment plans that aim to reduce pain, enhance recovery, and improve overall function.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tuesday through Saturday (required)
  • Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and pets by name and provide a welcoming front desk experience.
  • Manage schedules, resolve booking conflicts, and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records within our practice management software.
  • Assist with client inquiries about services, prescriptions, and billing.
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure client-facing areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
