Role Objective: Provide on-call client service and operational support at a private aviation facility, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for clients travelling with pets. Coordinated arrivals and departures, maintained facility standards, and delivered hands-on assistance in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
  • Flexible availability with the ability to respond to on-call scheduling needs
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the workday.
  • Occasionally required to move throughout the office to access files, equipment, or supplies.
  • Consistently operates standard office equipment, including computers, calculators, printers, and copy machines.
  • Must be able to use a telephone and possess the verbal and auditory abilities necessary for effective interpersonal communications.
  • Frequently communicates with customers, vendors, and colleagues, requiring the ability to exchange accurate and clear information.
  • May occasionally be required to lift or move items up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to move between departments and buildings as needed to interact with team members and support operational needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, aviation, or animal care is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Report on an as-needed basis, arriving 3 hours prior to departures and 1 hour prior to arrivals to ensure operational readiness
  • Coordinated with pet transport companies to facilitate seamless departures and arrivals
  • Delivered high-quality customer service by assisting clients throughout the travel experience
  • Stocked and maintained refreshments, including snacks and water, for clients and staff
  • Cleaned and organized the facility following departures to uphold professional standards
  • Assisted clients with pet handling, including holding dog leashes and providing support as needed
  • Adapted quickly to changing schedules and operational demands
