Dr. Barta opened Barta Animal Hospital in January 1973, growing it from a single doctor and two staff into a successful, growing mixed animal practice providing high-quality veterinary services in Southeast Kansas for pets of all sizes. The Client Service Representative (CSR) reports to the Practice Manager and is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience during every interaction. This role involves performing practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance, appointment tracking, managing practice reception (visitor and telephone), veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail services. The CSR applies practical knowledge of practice processes and services, basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, and veterinary record requirements and terminology to ensure excellent patient care and client satisfaction.
