About The Position

This position is for a Client Service Representative I - Lab at Northwest Community Hospital. The role involves performing client account registrations, processing orders, answering incoming calls from patients, physicians, and clients, and resolving lab order and specimen-related issues. Additionally, the representative will assist with the dispatch of NCH courier teams and enter lab orders. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
