The Client Service Representative I - Lab performs client account registrations and order processing, answers incoming patient, physician and client calls, contacts physician offices and client accounts for resolution of lab orders and specimen related issues, and assists with dispatch of NCH courier teams. This role also performs registrations and enters lab orders. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities
