About the position
Lurie, LLP is seeking a Client Service & Project Coordinator with strong organizational, people, and process skills. This individual provides exceptional service to clients by understanding and anticipating the client's needs, providing clear and timely communication, and ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered. This role is an integral part of our team to ensure ongoing projects are completed timely, efficiently, and that our clients are well served. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor scheduling, workflow, and client service deadlines
- Leadership schedule and calendar management
- Interacting and being a key point of communication with clients and internal professionals
- Act as a central knowledge base for the department
- Manage client project and deliverable deadlines
- Maintain resource materials - software, products offered, invoicing, etc.
- Assist in process improvements, initiatives, and implementation
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Project management experience
- Major in Business, Accounting, or Finance or relevant accounting experience
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the team's culture and success
- Ease with multiple technology platforms
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to easily adapt to evolving priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Robust communication skills, both written & verbal
