Skematic, a business unit of Financial Recovery Technologies, is a rapidly growing startup providing a comprehensive Compliance workflow management solution in the RegTech space. Primarily serving hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms since 2021, Skematic is breaking barriers to offer a solution to drive efficiencies for compliance teams navigating the ever-changing complexities of regulation in capital markets. We are seeking an organized, flexible, and engaging Client Service Operations Specialist to provide the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service our clients are accustomed to. As a Client Service Operations Specialist, you will be a primary point of contact for our clients, providing best-in-class service to meet their needs and optimize their relationship with Skematic. Specifically, you will:

Requirements

  • A recent college graduate (business degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience in client facing role
  • Passionate about service standards, ideally with an interest in the financial services or SaaS
  • Proficient with MS Excel and, ideally, comfortable handling large data sets
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-directed and detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited administrative support and hand holding
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Skematic’s clients remain clients by meeting their needs through professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service
  • Serve as a first line of reactive support to all Skematic clients by phone and email
  • Communicate effectively with clients of all varieties
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of service
  • Own and oversee a large variety of operational processes
  • Optimize our clients’ usage of the Skematic platform by overseeing client-impacting operations
  • Autonomously managing projects and ensuring they result in a positive experience for our clients
  • Identify, measure and monitor results
  • Educate the clients about typical industry and company standards
  • Ensure clients’ operational needs are met by providing a clear line of communication between them and Skematic’s internal operations teams
  • Partner with Account Manger to drive proactive, strategic engagements across all clients
