As a Client Operations Specialist, you will be at the core of ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients, managing sales processes, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. You will play a critical role in supporting an assigned team of Account Executives, making sure all orders are processed and delivered promptly. Along the way, you will get to: Prioritize and respond to inbound client calls and emails, follow up on open client returns, and keep sales team informed of account activity Prepare and manage sales quotes with technical product information Manage pricing and vendors on special pricing Assist in special projects for clients, such as setting up new accounts and providing ad hoc status updates Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
