As a Client Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients. You’ll manage a group of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while contributing to our shared goals. This role is all about building relationships, solving problems, and making a lasting impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.

  • Experience managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Lead the renewal process, working closely with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage, helping clients navigate their risks effectively.
  • By cultivating strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you’ll drive success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
