About The Position

As a Personal Lines Client Service Manager, you'll play a key role in providing excellent service to our clients. You'll manage a group of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the best possible solutions. This role is all about building strong relationships, retaining clients, and helping our business grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • A passion for helping clients and solving problems.
  • Strong communication skills to explain solutions clearly and build relationships.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and stay organized.
