About The Position

Client Service Executive The Client Service Executive fosters strong client and retailer relationships to ensure seamless communication and execution across internal departments. This role identifies growth opportunities within accounts, manages or supports the sales process within program guidelines, and oversees project deliverables to ensure timely completion. The Client Service Executive also anticipates and resolves issues, supports internal teams, and delegates tasks while coaching junior team members to ensure high-quality results. The Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. Requirements

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience Requirements: Typically requires 3-5 years of CPG industry, sales and marketing agency, customer, or client experience.
  • Creative thinker and self-starter who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Possesses project management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments, ensuring successful achievement of deliverables.
  • Identify development potential in accounts by studying clients’ current business and connecting with past clients to evaluate additional needs.
  • Manage or support the sales process within standard program guidelines.
  • Perform project management duties for program execution, ensuring deliverables are consistently completed on time, while supporting internal partners and third-party providers.
  • Anticipate potential issues based on experience and proactively create equitable solutions for both clients and the company.
  • Delegate tasks and review the work of lower-level professionals, providing coaching as needed.
