The Role We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented professional to join our client service team of a growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a client-facing environment and is eager to learn the inner workings of a busy wealth management practice. As the first contact for visitors and callers, you'll help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You'll also support internal operations, assist with client service tasks, and contribute to marketing and executive support projects. No prior industry experience is required — just a passion for service and a willingness to grow. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering white glove client experiences
  • Prior experience in client-facing or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors to the office
  • Schedule and facilitate client office visits
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Help with purchase and approval of client gifts
  • Provide support to the Growth & Marketing team
  • Set up and break down in-office meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Load/unload dishwasher and maintain common areas
  • Provide executive support to Management Team
  • Scan and route incoming checks
  • Log and scan client custodial statements

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $52,000-$55,000 based on qualifications and experience
