The Client Service Associate focuses on execution, follow-ups, and paperwork - freeing up Senior Client Associates and Advisors to focus on higher-level client needs. This role is especially well-suited for career changers (teachers, educators, former athletes, or professionals from other industries) who are organized, proactive, and service minded.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client paperwork, forms, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage follow-ups, task tracking, and internal coordination to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support Senior Client Associates with day-to-day operational and administrative work
  • Assist with meeting preparation, document organization, and post-meeting follow-up
  • Maintain clean, accurate client records in firm systems
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members and, over time, with clients as appropriate
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively ask questions to learn and improve
