Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses. The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing high level service delivery to trust and agency clients, Wealth Advisors, Investment Advisors, intermediaries and other qualified referral sources and distribution channels. The incumbent will support a large team of client facing individuals (Wealth Advisors, Investment Advisors, Financial Planners, Managers) to provide exceptional client service and administrative support. This position entails internal and external (client) communications, including answering the main WMD phone line on a rotating basis, participation in select client meetings, and interface with Trust Operations Service Partners.
