This individual must possess excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced professional office environment. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the willingness to learn other business-related software, in which training will be provided. The Client Service Associate is an entry-level support position that offers opportunity for advancement. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assists with managing client accounts at Schwab, which includes preparing and processing client paperwork and transferring funds as needed
Organize and maintain a variety of files, records and databases
Process tax returns
Exposure to multiple advisor practices by providing support to Client Service Coordinators and Managers
