Requirements

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Appropriate licensing as required.
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using technology and have a knack for keeping things on track

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth operations and top-notch client support.
Help with workflow processes, create important documents like certificates and reports, and make sure everything runs efficiently.
By supporting our production team and client service functions, you’ll help us retain clients, enhance satisfaction, and showcase the value Gallagher brings to businesses.
