Job Overview: This is a full‑time, in‑office position supporting Financial Advisors and focusing on delivering a high‑quality client experiences while collaborating closely with various internal departments across a growing organization. Requirements

  • Ability to go in office M-F in our Williamsville, New York office
  • 2+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
  • Strong background in client service with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, driven and takes initiative
  • Experience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e. SIE, Series 7 and 66)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with advisors and clients, taking ownership of inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Handle client questions on account activity, policies, and documentation
  • Submit and process account activities such as new accounts, transfers, maintenance, and trade orders
  • Proactively reach out on time‑sensitive items like RMDs, distributions, and tax forms
  • Research and resolve complex issues while coordinating with internal departments
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM and support administrative needs (scheduling, meeting prep)
  • Promote efficiency by encouraging use of eSignature, paperless statements, and Account View
