The role of Client Service Associate is a valued member of our team who will be aligned with and assist a senior advisor with day-to-day operations to amplify the advisor’s role, success of our clients, and growth of the firm. How will you help support our clients and practice? Work directly with an experienced CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional Support all aspects of the advisor role without pressure of sales or prospecting Record live meeting notes, as well as organize post meeting debriefs Manage tasks, follow-ups and workflows to ensure prompt and accurate client service Act as point of contact and coordinator between advisor(s), clients, team members and industry partners Oversee implementation of new financial plans, investment accounts and insurance applications Assistance with management of advisor’s calendar and email Schedule client financial planning meetings, reviews, investment meetings, and engagements outside the office according to service model Approach all scenarios with a “how can I help improve this” mindset Consistently seek to enhance existing processes with the goal of reducing friction and providing a “Wow!” client experience with every interaction Who do you need to be? Nice To Haves

  • Prior personal, administrative, or executive assistant experience
  • Prior investment or insurance industry experience
  • Microsoft Office Skills - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote
  • Industry Technology Platform Experience – eMoney, Wealthscape, Envestnet, EZapp
  • Familiarity with CRM software or client database management
  • Preference and ability to primarily work in-office
  • For hybrid flexibility – protected and professional home office space

Responsibilities
