Operating as a comprehensive financial partner for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, the firm provides much more than traditional investment management. They offer a consulting-first approach that addresses complex financial needs, including estate planning coordination, business consulting, and sophisticated consolidated reporting for families with significant assets. The Opportunity This is a pivotal time to join a firm that has recently refined its leadership and operational structure. As the firm shifts its focus toward excellence and expansion, the Client Service Associate (CSA) will serve as a cornerstone of the advisory support team. You will work in a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating closely with the operations leadership team to support advisors and deliver a "white-glove" client experience. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on organization and wants to have a direct impact on the infrastructure of a growing boutique firm. The Location The position is based in Tampa, FL . This location serves as the firm’s primary hub and home office, where they are centralizing their core support and operational teams to ensure a collaborative and cohesive culture. What You Will Do The CSA manages the day-to-day operations and administrative needs that allow advisors to focus on client strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or an RIA environment.
  • Proficiency with industry-leading reporting tools, CRM systems, and major custodial platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • You enjoy the "all hands on deck" feel of a boutique office and are motivated by the opportunity to help build and refine processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for service requests, coordinating high-level meetings, and maintaining proactive, professional communication with clients.
  • Handling the full lifecycle of client accounts, including complex onboarding, asset transfers, and custodial documentation.
  • Preparing sophisticated client reporting and presentation materials while ensuring all data within the CRM remains accurate and compliant.
  • Coordinating money movements (wires/distributions), interfacing with major industry custodians, and supporting internal workflows to drive efficiency.
