About The Position

A growing wealth management firm in Avon is seeking a Client Service Associate who thrives on working with people, staying organized, and keeping a fast-paced office running smoothly. This role sits at the front of the client experience. You are often the first voice clients hear and the first person they see when they walk in. If you are polished, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping others — this is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career in financial services. You’ll serve as a key support partner to advisors and licensed team members while ensuring clients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported. This firm integrates wealth management and in-house tax preparation , which creates a dynamic and collaborative work environment. During tax season (February through mid-April), the pace increases and Saturday hours are required. Outside of peak season, the schedule returns to a traditional Monday–Friday structure. They are looking for someone who understands that great client service sometimes requires flexibility — and takes pride in being part of a high-performing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative office — this could be an excellent fit.
