As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the front line of our event marketing operations. You will represent our brand professionally while supporting clients and attendees before, during, and after events. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience; experience in event marketing, hospitality, or marketing preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to communicate information clearly, concisely, and professionally
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations during live events

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, goals, and expectations
  • Assist event attendees with questions related to registrations, schedules, locations, and event details
  • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to enhance attendee satisfaction
  • Address and resolve client and customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift problem resolution and consistent communication
  • Maintain clear, professional communication across email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Keep clients and attendees informed of event updates, changes, and important announcements
