Job Overview: The Client Service Associate supports financial advisors by delivering exceptional client service and providing administrative and operational support within the branch office. This role is essential to maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely account servicing, and supporting the overall efficiency of the advisory team. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services, wealth management, or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a professional environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and custodial platforms.
  • Familiarity with FINRA/SEC regulations and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional and responsive service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process routine account service requests, including beneficiary changes, address updates, account transfers, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and maintenance requests.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM and custodial systems.
  • Prepare, review, and submit new account paperwork, ensuring completeness and compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist financial advisors with calendar management, workflow organization, and daily operational needs.
  • Coordinate with custodians, fund companies, and internal partners to resolve client account issues effectively.
  • Support compliance efforts by adhering to FINRA, SEC, and firm policies and maintaining proper documentation
