This role focuses exclusively on in‑force policy servicing, relationship management, and day‑to‑day client support. The Client Service Associate acts as a primary point of contact, ensuring timely responses, accurate processing, and a seamless client experience. The position partners closely with the Director of Client Experience, Client Relationship Managers, and Case Design to maintain strong client and advisor relationships.
