About The Position

The Coyle Company is a boutique life insurance planning firm that specializes in designing and managing sophisticated life insurance portfolios that help Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients distribute their wealth as they intend. The Client Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional, proactive, and high‑quality service to clients and their advisors. This role focuses exclusively on in‑force policy servicing, relationship management, and day‑to‑day client support. The Client Service Associate acts as a primary point of contact, ensuring timely responses, accurate processing, and a seamless client experience. The position partners closely with the Director of Client Experience, Client Relationship Managers, and Case Design to maintain strong client and advisor relationships.

Requirements

  • BS/BA with 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF software, and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to enhance education through ongoing training and industry education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) servicing and related reporting is strongly preferred.
  • Experience serving high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of client information at all times.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to client and advisor questions, ensuring a high‑touch service experience.
  • Manage all in‑force policy servicing needs, including ownership and beneficiary changes, trustee updates, address changes, payment processing, loans, and other policy maintenance tasks as required.
  • Process annual premium payments and coordinate with clients, advisors, and internal team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Assist with annual trust administration services for clients, where applicable.
  • Update and maintain all administrative databases with current client and policy information, communicating significant updates to Producers and the COO.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met for variable policies through ongoing training and accurate reporting.
  • Generate, review, and distribute accurate year‑end reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to identify operational improvements and contribute to best practices.
